OVERVIEW
A rebrand and revival concept for Flair, an avant-garde fashion and beauty magazine originally launched in the 1950s. The idea was to take the spirit of the original and reimagine it for a modern audience with a focus on eccentric style, expressive editorial, and visually rich storytelling.
The Original Flair
Flair was created in the 1950s by Fleur Cowles as a high-fashion magazine that pushed the boundaries of editorial design. Its high production costs and niche appeal meant it only lasted a year but despite its short life, Flair left a legacy of daring creativity.
